 Why is providing random twitter reactions what passes as news. Like it provides absolutely nothing to this story. I didn't need to see twitter reactions to believe the claim that there is "outrage", I can take that claim at face value. None of the tweets were from people who's opinion I care about. None of them provided want nuance that the article couldn't have provided outright. Why is this even a part of the story. This is like if I start writing stories and quoting my crazy uncle's opinion on gravitational waves. Like who gives a shit.
